SAGA 2015 (South Africa Geophysics Association) | This is the second time we have worked with Going Africa Conferencing and they never disappoint. They are 110% on board, from planning and budgets to pulling off incredible events during the conference. Our delegates always comment about the thoughtfulness and warmth of the GAC team … This is why we use them, time and time again. A PCO with a focus on the success of the conference above all.

7th International Macadamia Symposium 2015 | A sincere thanks to the GAC Team – the feedback has been phenomenal! I want to compliment you all on a great Symposium. You guys certainly pulled out all the stops. The delegates were very chuffed with the Symposium and all that was offered to them. The KNP has once again showed it is an excellent venue for an event of this nature. The organisation was brilliant and a good shop window for our industry and what it can achieve.

JVR Africa Congress of Psychology 2015 | Going Africa is a highly professional company who also has a wonderfully creative touch and ability to showcase the best of Africa. Our conference on "People Development in Africa" organised in the Kruger National Park in 2015 was such a success that we are already planning our second conference, on the same theme, in the Kruger National Park in May 2017....and of course. Going Africa is organising the conference with us! Their input and experience ensures an exceptional and memorable experience for all the delegates.

SAGA-AEM 2013 | The seven day combined SAGA 13th Biennial Conference and the AEM 2013 conference were acclaimed a resounding success by our 327 international delegates. This was largely due to GACs personal attention given to each arrival, the excellent cuisine provided and the innovative social programmes arranged. Administrative duties and liaison with the conference committees and SANPark management were conducted smoothly and efficiently. We have no hesitation in recommending GAC to anyone requiring assistance in organising a successful conference, both small and large.

8th International conference on equine exercise physiology 2011 | The person responsible for putting together the tours, travel (transfers Included) and social functions for ICEEP is Ethne Cameron. She is really the best possible operator – you will not find better anywhere! Ethne is very well connected, knowledgeable and with her on your team at the congress you can relax about any travel requirements from your delegates.
