One of my favourite memories of this amazing conference was one of our Afrikaans farmers joining in with South Africa’s 3 Tenors during the Gala Dinner under the stars. His stunning baratone joining with the tenors in a moving rendition of ‘My liefling’. Goosebump stuff!
